RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Made-to-order products
All items are made to order as soon as you place your order. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Preference-based reasons (fit/style)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the problem (and the packaging if the item was damaged in transit)

After we review your claim, we will offer one of the following (depending on the situation):
- A replacement at no cost to you, or
- A refund to your original payment method

Do not return items unless we specifically ask you to. In most cases, we don’t require returns for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Minor variations
Because products are printed/produced to order, small variations can occur (such as slight placement differences). These minor variations are not considered defects.

Shipping problems / lost packages
If your tracking shows no delivery and your package appears to be lost, contact us as soon as possible. If an order is not delivered within:
- 30 days (domestic), or
- 45 days (international),
you must contact us within 7 days after that timeframe so we can submit a claim.

Delivered but not received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, contact us within 7 days. We’ll help you investigate (carrier inquiry, address confirmation, etc.). Replacements/refunds in these cases aren’t guaranteed.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your expense or (in some cases) offer a partial refund.
