SHIPPING POLICY
Made-to-order fulfillment
We make each item to order. That means there is a production period before your order ships.
Processing / production time
Production typically takes 2–7 business days (not including shipping time). Production times can be longer during peak seasons or due to stock/quality checks.
Shipping time (after production)
Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your destination. Typical transit times once shipped are:
- Standard (domestic): 2–5 business days
- Economy (domestic, where available): 4–8 business days
- Standard (international, where available): 10–30 business days
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
All delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link (when available). Please note that tracking updates can take a few business days to appear after shipment.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, we can reship it at your expense.
International shipping, customs, and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges set by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Customs processing can also cause delays outside of our control.

Delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
